Guestbook for James Donley Shockley Showing 1 - 23 of 23 entries.

Tom and I only knew Don a few years, but it was a honor and privilege to know him the short amount of time we did. About the only time we saw him was Christmas and Sarah's Birthday at Keith and Angela's house. Our thoughts are with the Shockley family and the loss that you feel. I know this will not make things any easier right now, but with time the pain does become less. Always keep the memories you have of him in your heart. God Bless......

Leila, Keith and Connie,
My sympathy to you and your family. Jim was everybody's friend and a lot of fun to hang with. Some fond memories spent together in the RV. Jim will always be a picture, in my mind, of someone who absolutely enjoyed life to the fullest.

Sorry about your loss. Don and I talked on the phone a little over a year ago. We were going to try to get together in St Charles with the three girls and their families for a mini family reunion. But as we all know, the good Lord has plans for us. I was unable to make it to St Charles due to my health. I wish we could have made it possible. I remember the fun we had as young boys. And will remember always. My best to the family. Surely he is with God.

Dearest Leila,
My heart breaks for you and your family. Jim gave it the good fight and now God has called him home. As you gave me your strenght and prayers during Dan's illness, please feel mine for you and your family. I know that we will all miss him very much, but now Dan (Brown) is happy to have him in heaven so they can talk "Camaro"!!

Dear Lelia & Family,

Even though we didn't see each other very often, we will always cherish the fond memories of our time together at Vienna High School. We are very sad about Don's passing, but grateful to know he is now at peace in the presence of the Savior. We have asked the Lord to comfort Leila and the family and to wrap all of you in His arms and hold you close during this time of bereavement and loss.

Maranatha,
