Lowery, Tom, of O' Fallon, Missouri, died on Sunday, January 11, 2009, at the age of 73. Devoted husband of Joan Lowery; dear son of the late Raymond and the late Louise Lowery; loving father of Tommy Lowery, Bill (Paula) Lowery and Scott (Tina) Lowery; dear brother of Kay Schmitt; cherished grandfather of 7 and great-grandfather of 2; dear brother-in-law of Rae (Rich) Bauer; beloved son-in-law of Geno Rickmann; beloved uncle, great-uncle and friend to many. He is preceded in death by his brother, Charles Ray Lowery. He was self-employed as a Contractor and was a member of Carpenters Local #23.
